Wow, now that's some terrible customer service!! I would stay away from that shop, too. I don't do poor customer service. That's ridiculous.
I was a retail manager long enough to know these kids were hired for their looks, not their work ethic or customer service. I don't do poor service, either. I continue to spend my money at MY shop about a block away from them. And when anyone ever asks where to go in Houston for supplies, I not only send them to my shop, I encourage them not to shop at the other. We're lucky here in that we have several to chose from, along with literally 100's of "smoke shops"...I can be choosy....lol

Oh, I did!!! There were some rather ...shall we say... "savory" smelling clouds in that one...and just because I'm an old lady wanting some coils, I should get at least a little service. I like my fave shop. They treat me with respect, and they take care of their regulars!
Bad business there. A successful business will find a need and then fulfill it. You were in need of coils as are many vapers that prefer not to build their own. Lost opportunity for them to take advantage of that market. They may be "real" vapers but poor in the business department.

Well, that may have done it I guess. What with the ECF logo and all. I missed out on that one though.
I got very lucky in a quick draw on that one! Random doesn't seem to like me, lol. Yeah, they were pretty impressed with the custom logo and one of the guys took it all apart and played with it, checked out the screen, etc. It was pretty cool. :)

SERIOUSLY???? What is wrong with people? Are they trying to go out of business??? Ugh.

It was during a bad storm, and the power was out at my regular shop so they had closed early. We tried that place, and even hubby was ...... off. We stopped at a local "smoke shop" I'd never been in, and when they mentioned the other place for coils that closer, I told them what had happened. He not only sold me my coils, he threw in an extra pack of 5. Stellar experience!

There are so many places to buy here, it won't really hurt them. They'll end up overselling to some 18 y/o that only wants clouds.

ha... this "lady" was definitely not hired for her looks and quite a bit older than me. I think she was just out of her element and I expect the shop to close down in the near future. Yeah, we have many around here to choose from, thankfully.

I'm tryin'! First thing she said was something like "well, wouldn't I just be trading one bad thing for another?!" (Oh NO! The propaganda monster haz already gotten to her!!! )
I told her she will want to do her own research. (Can't make 'em do anything..) ......told her about ECF...gave her the URL ...Guess I'm gonna hafta break out the heavy artillery and show up with a fresh 60W sub ohm ...some of my best juice..and some share tips ...if that don't do the trick I don't know what will. Maybe a Reliant??! ;)

..I hate suspense  ..I peeked at one of my Xmas presents ONCE...I was so disappointed when it wasn't what I was so desperately wishing for....it really ruined the opening presents part that year for me :( ...so now I don't peek.
I have a little Ego battery I can send you to give her if you want. I got it free with a juice order! It's pink! :) I think I scared my son by giving him gear that was too advanced for him at first. Sometimes the simple setups are the ones that work with those still on the fence. :)

I did the same thing one year. I felt so horrible about peeking, and it ruined Christmas morning for me. I never did it again, either!

ECF has definitely been an education for me. I read and lurked when I was trying to decide if I wanted to take the plunge and try quitting smokes one more time. Then my son showed up with my starter kit....lol....there is a wealth of info here, and I still depend on it, and other members, daily. It's better than any support group out there ( yes, I got kicked out of a stop smoking group on my first visit cause I went and lit up on a break ). The support and extreme generosity of the vendors here also makes it possible for people to branch out and try new products.

And they will probably make a ton of money from winding coils for that 18 year old and charging them $5 for it.

Now THAT'S the kind of place I would do repeat business with!!!

Yep....while my guys threw in 2 free drip tips when I bought ONE, and have a points system and occasionally give me extras. They know my juice preferences, even started mixing a few of their best sellers in 3 instead of 6mg. They listen to us, and respond well.

Awww, sleepy puppy! :) That's my favorite time with Homer, lol! He is on a tear right now, as usual. :D
I feel for ya! When mine was a puppy, my favorite time was when he was sleeping.... Lol I used to tip toe around trying to not wake him up, because he was a little monster!!!

I started quite by accident when I ran out of cigs one night. Opened up a Vuse I had laying around just to get by. Never bought another pack after that. The next morning I was like "This could work but there's got to be something better out there." Onto the internet where I found ECF and, boy was I right. This forum has been everything in my journey to quit smoking. I found all I needed to know right here.
