Snap, crackle and pop = oversaturated wick. Try turning up the power until it stops as long as you don't go burny. If you have 3 or 4 rigs going at once as I do each tank gets a long rest between vapes and can oversaturate like that.

I always run a Q-tip down my drip tip and onto the top of the coil when that happens to sop up extra juice. It helps keep everything cleaner and less juicy in there at the same time!

Thanks for all the help on the snap crackle and pop!! I guess it was over saturated .... I turned it up and used the q tip trip...worked perfectly!! Always learning something new!
I got a snail mail back from my state representative yesterday..I was surprised it wasn't email. He just said that the bill is pending before the house energy committee and should the bill come before the House for a vote, he will keep my thoughts in mind. He also said he shares my dedication to promoting science based regulation that reduces harm without duly restricting access to products that may help people quit smoking but he also quoted Mitch Zeller "there are more questions than answers when it comes to e cigarettes." He said like me, he does not want to see small businesses crowded out of the marketplace by unnecessary regulations.
The above all sounds great but then he added a "however".
However, we must prevent children and adolescents from becoming addicted to nicotine and they have to ensure e-cig use does not facilitate a return to smoking cigarettes. For these reasons, he will monitor the FDA's actions on these issues to ensure that all issues are addressed.
It was a 2 page letter and I just quoted the highlights. I hate when they bring children into the fold and since he believes there are more questions than answers, I hope they find out how e cigarettes are helping not harming so many people.
One thing he said that I don't know anything about. He said the FDA has to approve new products and regulate them....some examples are e-cigarettes, nicotine gels, and dissolvable tobacco. I never heard of nicotine gels and dissolvable tobacco????

Well, I've been told that I'm special and I like to believe that. On the other hand, there've been times in my life that I've been told otherwise... lmao! It's ok, we all have our moments.

When I had problems with popping and hot juice in my mouth I found that putting just a little more wicking in took care of it. I guess it's the same principle... not enough wicking leads to more juice pockets at the coil that can boil and pop.
I got a letter back from one of our state senators but it wasn't as lengthy as the one you got. Basically, just a form letter stating he'd keep my thoughts in mind. I didn't get anything from our state reps but one of them, Graves, is a cosponsor of HR 2058.
As far as them finding out that e-cigs are helping and not harming people... they know that. BT has paid them off to paint a different picture. Did you watch the video Seleya posted? It's a real eye opener as to what's going on with our lawmakers.

I totally agree with you that BT is paying them off and I am so bummed. As I read the letter that I got, I was super timpressed until I got to the "however". I did watch the video and it made me sick!! The worst part is that those senators believe what they are saying and would not even be up for a debate ...they are convinced. There was hardly anything said about helping people quit smoking. I remember one senator saying nicotine combined with tobacco kills ...so where is the tobacco in e cigs. Marina, I could go on and on but I get so riled up....lol...I missed the nicotine toothpicks ..that was a new one. One more thing and I will shut up today .... I never heard the term "replacement smokers" ...that the tobacco companies are looking for!!!! Most people do dye of cancer or heart attacks but they are not all smokers ..what hogwash!!!
