I think the problem with antibiotics is that if you don't take the full course, you could end up allowing the bug to develop a resistance to the antibiotic, which in the long run makes it much, much worse.
Yes, it's how resistant strains of bacterial take hold like MRSA. When you just barely kill the germ it only strengthens it so that in time it becomes resistant for all. It's why antibiotics are prescription only. Our world without antibiotics would be like the dark ages.

Admittedly, that coil was a pre-wound nickel coil that I ordered from fasttech. The coils that I wind myself is not nearly that uniform. My coils may not be the prettiest girl at the dance, but she has a really good personality and is easy to talk to.

Of course the important thing is your coil has to be narrow enough (in diameter) so there is no chance that the coil itself touches the post. As you can see from my pic, the positioning isn't exactly perfect because the coil is really, really close to the post on the left.
It looks much more stable with it being in the middle like that, though. Mine is on one side, so it feels like it could move out of position more easily when I remove the cap to drip. It's super tiny, too! I really do like the middle coil like that. I might have to try one of those RDAs one of these days. :)

For now I'm using the eVic Vt in power mode since I've yet to get batteries for the Cloupor Mini. After I get the battery for it I'll use both. Regarding TC, I've only used the two coils that came with the eVic and I liked it alright just have no preference yet. I've ordered 28g Ti wire for the eVic though.

Added these two comments to my above post:

How many watts would like to vape at? That will have an effect on the coil diameter and wire gauge needed to ramp the heat up quickly and provide adequate coil to wick surface contact area.

Fwiw, I would not build a single coil placed in the middle of a stumpy rda. There is insufficient airflow available there to cool the coil uniformly. Better to have the coil (s) outboard where the air intake is moving across the entire surface of the coil (s).

I am intimately familiar with the VT60. I have three of them. Best setup for that mod with a stumpy imo would be a single spaced coil for kanthal or Ti do to the Evic's 60w limit.

Them being gone so much is rough! I remember when JT started working the pipeline I would only see him like twice a year...I almost wish he had started driving truck when he had the chance a few years ago so he would be home every few weeks but he really loves working on the pipeline so my travels continue lol.

Is the Phazer tank really that awesome? I still don't have one and I think I want it to be my next tank...if its half as good as my reliant itll be my all day tank... I just don't want to end up with another loud/unsatisfying tank that's collecting dust on my shelf
It's amazing just how many of us have husbands with jobs like this. I much preferred it when mine was a welder and home every night, but he does what he needs to for his family and I love him for it. :)

I LOVE the Phazer tank on the Reliant! I have had this setup for 2 weeks now and I am still on the original coil. The flavor and vapor it still amazing and the glass drip tip is awesome. I love how it feels. It like a tight draw so my air flow is closed down pretty tight, which does make it whistle just a little bit (doesn't do that with the air flow opened up) but all of my tanks do that. I do wish Apollo offered more coil types for it, but I check back frequently to see if there are more wire types available. It comes with 2 coils and since I am still on the first one I have a little time before I need to order more. Hopefully they will go on sale during the holidays so I can get a couple of packs! I haven't felt the need to try any other tank on the Reliant but the Phazer. It just feels like they were made for each other.

good!! Hopefully youll be on the mend in no time!

Of course Ive been thinking of you!! You are on the list of people on my mind even when I'm not online silly! The people on this thread are part of my ECF family and I hate missing out on "seeing" everyone.

Unfortunately when I'm in AL I just cant keep up with my friends and devote proper time to my family there so they get me when I'm home and you guys get me when I'm in PA...its like shared custody LMAO...then I got back to PA and hubby got everything into the new house but if it wasn't groceries or his clothes it didn't get put away...I cant blame him he was also starting a new job so his hands were full
Yay for it being our turn for custody!! :D You get the best of both worlds with your travels, though. Both families and your husband to boot! :D

Thanks. Somehow I missed your first reply. Ok then, I'll ditch the single between the posts idea. It was going to be a task to fit it in there anyway. I love this mod, it's the one I use all the time. Going to be heartbreaking when it gives up on me. I even like the tank it came with (don't hate) and have ordered some of the rebuildable coils for it. In the meantime, I've been using it with the Lemo. So, it'll likely be a while before the Ti comes in. (FT) so I'll go with a single kanthal coil.

Off the beaten path here^^^^^ but @a_rey88 I think it is time to consider ceramic coils, they are just now coming to fruition and the Chinese are leading the way. Time is now for a US company to get in on the latest coil design! Smokeless is NOW and Ceramic coils are the future!....Sound like whats his face huh oSwme8F.jpg ....

My wraps are all spaced coils. I've tried contact coils using a Kuro Koiler and I prefer spaced coils more. With the wide dual post, doing a spaced coil is easy. I've done single coils (when I was using nickel) in the Velocity between the two posts but the biggest pain is putting in those 90 degree bends in the coil legs. Here is a pic of a single coil build sitting in between the posts.

That's true and I was guilty of that!! The only thing I usually need antibiotics is for my teeth ....sensitive gums and my face blows up and penicillin makes me nauseous so I hated to take but now he gives me a 5 day z pack with a double dose the first day and the next day the pain is almost gone ...powerful stuff to knock out the infection so quick and a much shorter time to take it.
