I just want to send a HUGE thank you to @a_rey88 and everyone at Apollo for such outstanding service. My mod became haunted, and a shiny brand new replacement arrived today. I'm so happy to have my mod back, I'm almost in tears. Seriously. Thank you, x1000000000000000 for taking such good care of us.
Top notch customer service!!! I sent a tracking number to return mine on Friday, new mod was sent right out!

It was sitting on my desk next to me, and started to auto-fire. I think it may have been banged up by USPS during the time they held it hostage. Scared the bajeezus out of me!!!
Nooo, it kept sizzling! Only way to stop it was to remove the tank or use the + and - buttons. HAUNTED, I tell you. Tried changing tanks, batteries, anything...but it did it again. Arvin thought something on the board shorted somehow. Considering how I see Shenaynay handle some of my packages, I'm surprised it got here in one piece. Then the USPS held it for a few days, too. Lawd only knows what they do to my mail! But Apollo took such very good care of me!
Scarey stuff. I can honestly say I freaked out and had no idea what to do when my mech mod switch stuck. I just threw the thing off the porch into the yard and went inside to avoid possible shrapnel. Turns out the switch unstuck when it hit the ground cuz the wick wasn't burnt at all. Still, scarey. Since then I've been careful to build coils that won't exceed the max continuous amp output of my batts. That and a little graphite on the switch.
It's refreshing to hear that Apollo took such good care of you.
Lol...I couldn't get that tank unscrewed fast enough! I've never used a mech, but I should probably have one in case of worst case scenarios, right?
