Dremel and metal polish
How often do you have to polish them? I had copper bottom pots and pans that I gave away because they required so much upkeep but that was way back when I had a bunch of little people running around!

Mothers metal polish and an old t shirt works great tooI was thinking maybe some ketchup to break myself in slowly.
