The bands work very well...sadly, I see so many people putting them around the glass which doesn't help.

They absorb the energy...and if it's around the glass, that's where the energy is transferred.....they need to be around the top of the tank and transfer it to metal instead of glass.

yes it was. weather alert radio was constantly going off with tornado warnings. and the ceiling in my moms room is sagging over her bed and has huge crack just to the left of her bed, started leaking through the crack and down around the wall under the window. informed landlord almost a month ago about it, have been there 3 times to find out what is going on and still no one has come out to get it fixed
