Hi Tommy, good morning all! It's a good day for me.
Had to do a quick pop out this morning to have blood drawn and stop at the store to pick up brown sugar for tonights dinner. Pleasant surpises: no traffic, no lines at the medical center, the phlebotomist knew what she was doing, found what I needed at the store immediately, no lines at the check-out -- 45 minutes door-to-door.
And now, I get to go throw one of my favorite dinners together and get it started for tonight. Pulled pork, prepped in a crock pot, on toasted onion rolls!
