Just wondering if the regular would be hard to carry around. Or he would be turned off by the size of the regular. Me I carry around a purse so I wouldn't know. I don't know how a young person would think about it.
I have both the regular SS and the mini SS. I prefer the mini for being out and about, but the regular size is the only one I use at home because the battery life rocks! They are both beautiful and the quality is outstanding!

I've had it a couple days now..it works as expected..I like the looks of this device and I'm very happy with my SS Vtube..the drip tip is nice too it apears to be SS too

Sunny - how many of each were made? And how many are left? Any idea if there are plans in the future to offer an upgrade of the internals?
The picture of the red on the Apollo site looks like an earlier version. Is it a 1.0 or a 1.5?

Only 1000 were made world wide for the SS unit, it is hard to pinpoint an exact number right now as orders are coming in very fast for the SS.
I would say we are running quite low but can not give out exact figures. At this current time we are not looking into upgrading the internals but will confirm if we intend to in the future. What kind of upgraded internals would you like? We always love feedback to take our products to the next level.

I am so glad to have 3 of the SS version! I think it would be great to have the option in the future to upgrade to a higher amp limit and possibly something to view the ohms of the carts on the device. But, even with the 2.5 limit, these things are great!
All of the colored vtubes are the older ones (black, red, silver) it is just the chrome and the SS that are the newer models.
I really want to order 1 of these. I sent a special request but it is unable to be filled. Sucks for me

If you want to use the clearomizer on a chrome or SS Vtube, no adapter is needed. Thanks for the question!
