I am using the Ego Twist with a Vivi Nova. It works great, no issues at all with this setup for me. It is my main setup.

You can use the 1.8, 2.4, and 2.8 ohm heads that are pre-built and sold on many vendors websites. The twist can work with all of them, of course the peak voltage you can run on those heads and get a clean vape from varies.

I use the 1.8 head around 4v, gives me a 8 watt vape and 2.2 amps. The twist I believe has a 2.5amp limit, any higher then 4v you are really putting stress on the battery, and head inside the nova. You can use the 2.4 ohm head and go the full range of the twist, but lower voltage using this head isn't very satisfying. imo it really shines at 4v+ and last but not least the 2.8 ohm head would be good for your higher voltage settings, for example.. the vTube.

If you don't necessarily feel the need for a voltage display, etc. that the vTube would give ya then go with the twist. It's a solid performer, I don't need to go much higher then 4.4v with the stuff I have here to vape on. Check out a ohm's law calculator, you can punch in what ohm gear your using at what voltage your shooting for and get a good idea of amps, watts, etc. Most people say something around 8 watts is a satisfying vape, of course this all varies.. some like a lighter vape, others like a strong vape.

hope I helped.. my vote is for the Twist. you can get 2x 1000mAHs and a ViviNova for the price of a vTube starter kit. the 1000mAH lasts me all day from 3.8-4.4v. just my :2c:

I'm old and have bad eyes, so the Vtube would be nice for in the house so I could see the digital display. It would be nice to help get to know what voltages I prefer with which atomizers and with which juices.

But, the Twist is just so darned convenient to carry when out and about. And, it actually does the job just fine.

If you have less than perfect eyesight and want an simple, easy to read VV device, I would recommend looking at the VariTube. I know iVape carries it. Big bright display and a good device for the price. It is my work VV device and I don't miss my high-end VVs when i am using it. Plus, it is very light as well.

Sorry to go off topic a bit.
