Apple Cider Vinegar

Curious; I've seen recipes that have apple cider vinegar in them. What seems to be the purpose?

I know some people feel that a drop or two of vinegar help make tobacco flavor pop. I can taste it. So I don't use it.

When adding apple vinegar it's 1 drop per 5 mi of juice.

I use it only when I want to bring back the flavor of my juice.

Typically used in tobacco mixes to enhance the flavor and to help with fade problems.

I use it as a flavor stabilizer in all my mixes, 1 drop per 5mls. I mostly vape mint/menthol/bakery/dessert. A lot of people use lemon juice in their fruit mixes also...
