My Freedom Smokes used to have a good one, lately I've just been adding a little apple to a ry4 every now and again and it works well. A little apple, otherwise it overpowers.

I also DIY, and I am really enjoying 2 concoctions, Butter Rum Apple Tobacco and Apple RY4.

(LA) Butter Rum 3%

13% TFA Apple
5% FA RY4
2% TFA Tobacco Blend

You may want to also consider these two:

• Mountain Oak Vapors Applewood
  This is a smoky vape with a faint hint of cinnamon and a nutty background.
• Ahlusion Apple Wildwood
  A natural apple flavor compliments an excellent full bodied tobacco vape.

I also enjoy the Oak Barrel Cider mentioned above, but find it has less of a tobacco flavor, and more of a tart cider flavor. The Apple Wildwood is probaby your best choice out of these three.

Apple Cured is a natural tobacco with sweet apple/

Tappulles is more of an apple pie/tobacco with minimal tobacco flavoring/

Eden is an apple with natural tobacco with more of a tart green apple/
