Approximate liquid usage/nicotine content for a pack/day smoker?

I posted earlier today about my recent purchase of a PV. One response stated that the 40 mL of juice I bought (4 flavors) wasn't going to last long. How much juice should I expect to use? What nicotine content should i purchase? How is it measured? They're talking about 18mg in a 10mL bottle and the same in a 30 mL bottle; is this a ratio? I don't understand that. Thanks!

The average vaper probably uses somewhere between 2-4ml per day.
But everybody is different.

I use less than 1ml per day, others use as many as 5ml per day.
Some even use more than that, which blows my mind.

The nicotine strength of juice is measured as mg/ml so 18mg strength is 18mg in one milliliter of juice, regardless of bottle size.
For a pack per day smoker, you might want to start with around 18-24mg strength and see how it goes.
But again, everyone is different and it is very hard to predict what YOU will need.

Just make sure you aren't trying to compare how many cigarettes equals 1ml of 18mg juice.
It doesn't work like that because the absorption rate is very different for smoking versus vaping.

For me I use 24mg and I smoked slightly more than a pack a day.

I go through about 2-3 ml per day. Some days more than others, but some days I go with maybe a ml.
