Ok... I just got a new Povari and DCT tank (3ohms). How do you setup the best voltage for it? I read somewhere to add 2 to your ohm reading and adjust to taste? So in my case, 5 is the number to start with? With my 6ml DCT, 5v works great! but for my 3.5ml (also 3 ohms) DCT tank, it sucks! It taste like sour and very dry! I tried to lower it at around 3.5 and while it taste ok, there are not enough vapor coming out of it. Thanks

That rule of thumb is crap made up by somebody who knew nothing about math, electronics, or both.

I can tell you the math if you want (and I'm sure someone will) but you don't really need it.

Start at 3.7V and adjust to taste.

If it's burny and gross, turn it down. If it's muted/cool, turn it up.

And if your cartos are actually 3.0 Ohm, I'd probably do it at around 5.5V for a single-coil 3 ohm carto…but I also like warm vapes. I don't use dual-coil cartos because the math seems to say that they're not supposed to work. I've also never seen a 3 ohm DCC until tonight. Based mainly on hearsay & conjecture (comparing my results to comments by youtube reviewers who own the same equipment as me and other stuff, I'd want to start above 7V, which AFAIK isn't doable.

Do you suggest that i increase the size of the hole in the carto? Did I mess up the carto by dry burning it before loading the juice? Is it fixable? Thanks for taking time in answering my very new-bish questions!

Do not dry burn a carto. All it does is burn the filler material…instantly. You can dry burn atomizers because the wicks don't burn. polyfil does.
