With the Aqua if you are using cotton you can pack those channels good. If the coil can only accomidate so much wick diameter you can also add little bits of cotton to the channel area. If you are still leaking with packed channels and juice control all the way closed open up airflow control to reduce the vacuum effect. If it's still leaking bad something's wrong... what PG/VG ratio do you usually vape?

There are many reasons this could be happening, but without the details of how you are doing it, we can only guess.

What guage wire are you using?

What diamiter coils are you making?

how much cotton/silica are you using?

what PG/VG ratio of liquid are you using?

How many watts are you vaping at?

Are they clones or real?

Can you post some pics?

My aqua leaked until i started filling it from the bottom by holding the juice and air control still and taking it off wicks and all. Since filling like that it NEVER leaks. Also Peaches and Cream yarn from Walmart is a perfect fit in the channels

I can't help with the aqua. My issue with it is burnt hits. My KFL seems to work MUCH better when I fill it from the fill hole, rather than top filling. I know people say they just cover the air hole, but my results have been pretty crappy using that method. Also, make sure all of the o-rings are there. You can google the manual, and check to make sure all of the orings that it says should be there, are there.

I've never had the Aqua leak, although it will occasionally flood when top filled, which is easily remedied. It's possible that your wicking is inadequate to prevent flooding. With the Aqua, your cotton should fill each channel and run no further then the threading for the chimney. I acutally leave mine running about 2/3 of the way down. My current build is using 1/16" micros, and even so, the cotton is adequate to prevent flooding.

If wicking isn't the issue, then the problem may only be flooding due to filling. I top fill mine. I leave the tank section in the position where I vape it, and unscrew the cap without unscrewing the chimney. Fill it to just over the bell of the chimney section. Here's the trick part: thread on the cap just a thread or two, then flip it upside down and finish screwing the cap on. This minimizes forcing liquid into the chamber. If it does flood a bit after filling (It happens when you try to fill it when it wasn't empty) hold it upside down and take a few pulls on it while it's inverted until it's clear.

As far as the Kayfun goes, I recommend following pbusardo's method of coiling/wicking that he uses in his Kayfun Lite/Russian 91% review on youtube. Works perfectly.

Here's a couple pic of how I wick Kayfuns. I've vaped up to 100%VG this way with no issues.

A 2.2mm coil wicked with cotton:

Wet the tails with liquid then bend them upwards and install the chimney:

Tuck and fan the tails out into the juice wells.....yes, covering the liquid holes, but do not pack the cotton so tightly that it plugs them:

Assemble. Fill. Vape.

Ahh, Been there, chucked the Aqua off the back porch out of frustration, found it two days later, and continued. I finally found the solution, and volume control hit the nail on the head for the most part.

Here's my process ( I use silica):

step 1.. build coils to taste. - check ohms
step 2, thread wick into coils.
step 3, wet wick
step 4, tuck wick down the channels (but not out)
step 5, attach chimney
step 6, attach tank cylinder
step 7, attach top and drip tip. - check ohms
step 8, make sure drip tip (juice control) and tank (airflow control) are fully closed.
step 9, Turn whole assembly upsidown. hold drip tip area and tank with one hand, and unscrew the base.... 510 connector up... to reveal inside of chimney
step 10, fill juice along outer wall between chimney and outer walls. Be carefull not to push chimney down, only thing holding it together is the o-rings.
step 11, always keeping it upsidown, replace coils/base carefull not to crossthread.
step 12, once everything is tightened, confirm juice controll is fully closed, and open ONLY the airflow controller open to my liking.. THEN I flip it back upright.
step 13, check ohms, if all is ok, start to vape. If it gets a bit dry, open up the juice channel slightly.

If I don't keep it upsidown, it will gurgle continuously. It was real frustrating, but once you get the routine down, it's quite simple. I'd show you pics, but right now, I'm vaping from it and It's full. I might post some tomorrow as well. Heck, I might even try posting a youtube video, even though I've never done it.

good luck, and vape on.
