Kayfun help

Why does my kayfun deck sometime move out of place when I go to rebuild my coil? I have the kayfun 3.1 and a black kayfun light plus and it seems to happen on both of them.

On the bottom of the unit when you take it apart there's a long screw that threads the deck in place. It has a slot in it. Tightened that down before you screw on the bottom cap.
