Considering my favorite unit is the RN4081, I tried many suppliers, but found the best for this model to be Aqua Vapor, particularly for Cartomizers. I tried several, but the ones from here, BOGE Cartos gave the best performance and I was totally satisfied with the item, and customer service. Shipping was very fast, so I decided to make them my one stop shop, as it were.
The end of January, I decided to order stock to last me a while, instead of placing small orders, and so ordered 7 boxes of my beloved cartos. I received them quickly, however, without warning, they were NOT the same cartos. I tried several, which leaked, did not vape well, gurgled..... I used a whole box of five, just to be certain it wasn't user error. Nope, and they were hard tipped, hard to open, not like the BOGE. I wrote them and they said they would cheerfully exchange what I had, with the old style cartos as I was not their first complaint.
Okay, great. I packed up six untouched boxes, cutting a loss for the one box of the ones I used trying to get them to work, and mailed them off. Its been weeks, and weeks. I've actually had an order to them shipped and received, but still no return of these items. I have made continual attempts at contact, the last, was over two weeks ago, where I received a reply, "Your items will be shipped first thing tomorrow morning".
That was two weeks ago, and still, no cartos. My RN4081 has been sitting without being able to use it, as I have six five packs of boge cartos out in limbo being held hostage.
Needless to say, I am finding another supplier.
