So my first dealings with vaporgod.com were not so great. I had ordered coffee clear extra and it tasted like burning pvc extra. Now, that being said everyone deserves a second chance, besides they have a good deal on cartos.

I ordered Arctic Wolf which is their only custom blend flavor that they carry. Now, they warn you right away the flavor is intense (no wimps allowed). When you first open the mailer the smell hits you right in the face (your first warning, you can still back out). When you open the bottle it becomes more intense almost strong spearmint(you can actually taste the scent).

After filling my carto and tank(this is your last chance to back out, no will blame you), I pop on my drip tip and take pull..........holy cow in your face mint, spearmint, menthol, and icebreakers all rolled into one. The throat hit is predominant and the exhale is almost icy. This is by far the best menthol flavor I have tried to date. I will warn you though, it awaken senses you didn't know you had some would say it was too much, I tried it at 4.5v, 5v and 5.5v and prefer it at 5v. So in conclusion, I may have found a new favorite, but if you like more subtle flavors this would send you running home to your mommy with your tail tucked. If you your like me and like in your face flavors give Arctic Wolf a try.

I LOVE in your face flavors.
I found the initial taste great - minty/menthol, very cold, 'wake me up' flavor.

Unfortunately, for me, it has a not-so-pleasant aftertaste that lingers and lingers...
Bitter taste, sort of.

Sad, because as yuttynutt says, the initial cold and experience is good.
But, ultimately, I don't find it even vapable due to the aftertaste.

:(

I noticed an aftertaste with most of Vaporgod.com liquids I have tried, but I didn't get it with this one. Were you using an atty or a carto? I didn't really like it after a day in my tank so I just drip with it now and still love it. I do get kind of an Icebreakers aftertaste, maybe that is what you are referring to. You know the taste if you crunch an icebreaker up in your mouth instead of dissolving it.

I just got a bottle of Arctic Wolf yesterday, I usually use Halo menthol ice but am trying some other menthol because Halo's a bit pricey.

Anyway, it is very strong. When I first opened the bottle the smell triggered a memory or something I couldn't put my finger on. Once I vaped it the same thing happened. Btw, the smell and the taste are a perfect match.

Finally, later that night I kept smelling it, even put a small drop on my finger trying to figure it out. And it hit me! Peppermint Schnapps! The smell, the taste and even the after taste, to me it was exactly like taking a shot of Peppermint Schnapps! And yes, it is that strong of a flavor, like taking a shot. Does that ring true for anyone else?

I don't know if I can take the taste all on it's own, but I think it would mix very well with many flavors, especially fruits.

That's exactly what I do with some of the fruit flavors that are blah and it seems to pep them up a little.
