I bet some folks will find a use for it.

I don't blow big clouds but I enjoy watching those who do. The youngsters in my local vape shop are really good at it. I like to visit and watch the cloud chasing. Sometimes they do vapor tricks and we get to laughing so hard I need Kleenex.

Maybe they will have a use for this.

Honestly, I almost certain that there is a thermal point at which e-liquid will burn instantly. Sure as the heat dissipates through the surrounding juice it will still produce vapor but it will also be putting off some stuff from the result of the burning taking place inside the chamber.

Juice is supposed to vaporize, not burn. Vaping it should not be smoking it. I'm sure we all get a little burning by-product from our devices just given how the coils blacken but 260 watts seems like it would load the vapor with compounds from the burning effect that seems likely to occur in my opinion.

I think it might actually be unsafe. When you take a safe substance and burn it chemically it changes, mostly for the worst as far as inhaling it is concerned. Even if these devices have a way of being used at max settings safely all of the people using them will not be aware of the best practices with them, while I am not a fan of catering to the least common denominator in the name of safety, there is a point at where safe usage may be a challenge. At that point in my opinion a device is unnecessary.

I expect a news story about someone rigging one of these improperly eventually and causing themselves some type of harm. That will be a sad day for all of us in the media. I hope I'm wrong.

I don't see any reason for that much power. First off, more power does not equal more vapor. What you want is temperature. I know I sound like a spokesperson for the DNA40, and I do love my DNA40, but it's true. More power will produce more heat, but it will also produce the toxic chemicals that e juice breaks down into when it is burned to that extent. Instead, by using a DNA40, you can set the temperature to a level that is safe, and still still get great flavor and vapor production. I'm sure some cloud chasers don't care about their juice breaking down, so long as they get those huge clouds, but for me, I picked up vaping to quick smoking. I now do it for the joy, but I still want to be safe. I love big clouds, but I love flavor more. Too hot of a hit is not fun to me.
