ive been vaping for a few months now. totally off analogs, and the entire time ive been doing it ive been constantly researching and investigating all avenues and dimensions in the world of vaping. so i feel like for the most part im pretty educated in it. from products, to the general fda status of things, to making my own juices, learning about ohms and how to work multi meters, ok. u get the idea.

of course alot of this knowledge isnt hands on, its from forums and watnot. because of the lack of money ive never realy extended passed an old 306? i had, my 510, its ego counterpart, and my girlfriends 808. the last time i made an order for some new stuff, while i was at it a decided to get a 510 to 901/808D adapter and a pack of TW 901 attys just so i could say ive tried a 901 and have experience in what they're like. because from everything ive gathered, people either love them or hate them. and some people swear by them.

so when i got it and assembled everything onto a freshly charged mega tornado bat i tried it, and i mean i got decent vapor, nothing phenomonal, but im usually more concerned about a nice throat hit than how much vapor production i have anyway. but thats the thing, is that i can't GET a throat hit on that thing to save my life. mildness to none in flavor, ZERO throathit

i normally vape 36 mg liquid too so whats the deal, ive even tried messing with vent holes to no effect so i really dont think this is a problem with ventilation. has anybody got some advise or is this the way 901's really are. the vapor has been probably almost comparable to my 510. and this test was done using the same eliquid that works for me otherwise.

I've been using a 901 almost exclusively for nearly 2 years and have found that some flavors give more of a TH than others do. I've never used a 901 atty on anything other than a 901 battery though, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it. I'm vaping some DIY Pear right now that has a killer TH with a manual 901 batt. If I were to switch out to a tobacco flavor though I would find it to be milder. Generally I think the 901 shines when it comes to bringing out the flavors of your juice, does well enough with vapor production depending on your juice PG/VG ratio, and varies on TH--you guessed it---also depending on your juice.
