yo fellow vapor-ers
i have been smoking vaping my 501's for about a month now, the same 2 i got from innovapor. using the same ol' ecopure menthol, and i noticed that one of my atties is a fog monger and the other is a weakling...
i keep alternating between the two to try and make em last...but i keep turning back to Misty...the atty thats always there for me...
what? you guys dont name your atties? well, YOU SHOULD...it shows a bond between things you love
anyway-
i cleaned and primed and blowed and tried everything to get my weakling cloud-phobic atty to start pouring out the goods...but so far, no-go. i have treated both of them as equals...one has reached its sweet spot...and the other is puttering. its pathetic.
which leads me to my question, (read title).
you think these are all made to the same standards? is the weakling one just a dud? and finally...any tips to turn my weakling atty into a steam engine?

oh, and im looking for a good orange juice flavored nic...tell me where to get it....please.

ps: apologies, too much rockstar makes me type like Jay Leno's comedy writers...not funny.:w00t:

im not very familiar with the approved volt meter ratings? what is a rating that i should keep if you send back anything above 3.5?

Do you have a digital or an analog?

If digital, turn the multimeter to the upside down horseshoe (Ohms)with the smalles number (usually 10, or 100) There is usually like 10, 1K, 10K etc

If analog do the same thing, but then touch the two probes of the multimeter together and find the zeroing dial on the side or front of your unit. You want to turn the dial so that the meter reads 0 on the ohm scale. Also make sure your battery is good as it is requiring voltage to pass through the atty to measure the resistance.

Use one probe on the outside threads, the other probe on the center of the battery connection side of the atty.

Anything higher than 4 ohms shows too much resistance and can lead to poor performance.

anything less than 2.5 or 3 or whatever the experts say can indicate that there is a short or not enough resistance to effectively heat the coil, and 0 ohms basically means a dead short (like putting the terminals of a battery together)

there are almost no standards when it comes to these products i've gotten attys direct from the factory with resistances from 2.5ohm - 4ohm some non-working

Check the resistance of each atty as you get them it'll tell you which ones will perform the best...i just return anything over 3.5ohms working or not

no wonder the resellers are having bloody problems keeping some customers happy.... he he he

my sister has this problem...she has an atty she named "throatslayer" thats evil, and produces billowing clouds of vapor
she has one she calls "sickie" thats weak as a popcorn fart but produces better vapor.
and yeah, she names her attys

I put a volt meter on my analog...it read zero..i threw the whole lot away and went back to my e-cig haha

sorry, couldnt resist

haha. I was having a discussion with my room mate who is learning about eciggs because I wont shut up about them. The other night I said "I sure hope I dont go back to analogs, this is the last hope for me!"

I received THE longest W. T. F. look. Were both very techy so he knew what i meant by analog but I think he was a little embarassed to know me at that point lol.
