Are all ego type chargers the same?

Was wondering are all the ego type 510 connector chargers the same? I'm talking about the super slow charge time. They are only rated at 420ma, that's a really slow charge once you get into bigger batteries. Was wondering because I have a aspire sub ohm battery being delivered tomorrow and that thing is gonna take about 5 hours to charge with these snail chargers.

Is it not possible to raise the MA amount on these chargers? or is there some mythical charger out there that I haven't seen and need to order immediately lol


I have two chargers so I know I don't have a bad one and I clean them weekly as well as the connector on my batteries. Just wondering about this

Don't know that the branded ego chargers are any better than the others. All mine are non OEM branded chargers and they work great. I've not seen an ego charger higher than 420 and Aspire didn't release a new charger with the release of the Atlantis.

Aspire is trying to push their branded charger with the sub ohm battery online. Even went as far as saying that using a different charger could damage the battery which i know is crap. I didn't know if they all were 420ma which is low to start with
