Are all juices sweet?

Maybe my taste buds are just broken, but as an avid pipe and cigar smoker for some time, I love the taste of tobacco smoke. However, rarely does tobacco taste sweet to me, except for very subtle occasional nuances of natural (as opposed to sugary) sweetness. Now, I'm fairly new to vaping, and the only flavors I have tried was the Blu Cigs "Classic Tobacco" and the Vaporzone "Cuban Cigar", but neither of these flavors come even remotely close to reproducing the flavor of tobacco for me. It seems there is this absurd obsession with making these flavors artificially sweet, thus destroying the subtle and natural complex flavors.

My question is are all e-liquids like this? Because I am so far somewhat disappointed.

Pg is naturally sweet so to some extent they have to be sweet. If you have recently quit smoking that taste you're looking for wouldn't be the same because it's not a cigarette or tobacco at all. They're mostly artificial flavorings not even real tobacco (unless it's extracted) Liquid nicotine doesn't even taste like the tobacco leaves it comes from. Its hard to replicate that ashy smoke flavor.
If you ever get into DIY, Cubano from The flavor apprentice (tfa) tastes like a cigar. However after trying that flavor you may change your mind lol at least I did! Good luck. I haven't found a juice that resembles actual smoke as much as it does the tobacco leaves. Good luck!
