Are all tips created equal?

As I've said I am new to this and was wondering about the tips, do I have to buy a specific brand to use with my atomizer or will any brand work?

You need to make sure you buy the right cart for your atomizer model. The internals of the cart are very different from pv to pv.

Besides that, some carts may fit a little lose or tight compared to others, but the brand won't make that much different.
