Pretty much...at least here in the U.S. Can't say about overseas. BUT...some will not have the power needed for some devices! For a Twist or other larger mAh battery you should ideally have 5 volt, 2 amp. But for average e-cigs like the 78mm Volt or V2 or whatever...or to simply charge a larger battery like the ego, .5 amp will do fine...which is the output on the average laptop or computer USB port. Generally it's ALWAYS a good idea to get the wall wort that matches up with the equipment you have...and always use the charger that goes with the equipment you have.

If they are USB they are not always the same. Output DC 4.2v 420mA is what you want (which you can find on a label of the flat part where you screw in the battery). The 4.2v 420mA one is the most common and you can use it on just about every style of eGo or clone that there is. For example I had a KGO to start with and I use the KGO charger on my eGo Twists. I have heard of a straight to usb charger that used 5v 500mA output.

The output is very important. If you were to put a 5v output on a 4.2v battery (which most lithium ion batteries are) it will 100% of the time cause the battery to vent and possibly cause a fire. The overcharge safety circuit doesn't protect against the wrong voltage charger. I learned about this after I saw a guy posting pictures of what had happened when he used the wrong output charger and he was very lucky it didn't damage anything else (he was charging it with a work computer!).

Just make sure you don't buy your batteries from Vapor Kings. The crappy batteries they sell last about three days and will not take a charge any more, then they say that it's becasue you didn't use their charger and refuse to stand behind their product. I have bought batteries from many different batteries with no problems. My batteries last 6-10 months, no problem. Been doing this for three years. Then you have crooks like Vapor Kings that just ruin it for you. oh well, buyer beware.

I thought all usb wall chargers were 5 volts and the part where you screw in your EGO or other brands regulated the voltage down to 4.2 volts.
