Are automatics really that bad?

DirtyHarry:I dunno; I'm dripping a 510 on a manual right now; seems OK.

Reread - we're talking autos, Harry.

I don't seem to have the "vertical leakage" problem that my fiance does, but maybe that's cuz I carry it in a hoodie pocket and it really lies at about 55 degrees of angle down...

I will admit that a 510 pass-through (the one with the boxed battery near the USB plug) in auto abruptly failed a couple days ago, and I miss it.

I had two autos fail abruptly after I dripped into them.

I would like one of the Uber pass-throughs from VT, but they are out of stock now... anxiously waiting for them to build up more...

madvapes had them too but they're out. No inline batt.

When I first started I wanted things to be as close to an analog as possible. I got the SideSho kit, in white, with auto batts. A month later and I use a manual 510 and a manual Tornado exclusively. I just really like the control a manual batt gives me. And the dripping issues with autos was a problem for me as well.
