Are EagleTac, NightCore, or ZebraLight 14500 protected batteries worth a try?

I did a search for 14500 protected Li-ion batteries and came up with these three brands, in addition to AW, Trustfire, and Ultrafire.

The EagleTac and NightCore are rated at 750mAh (like the AW), and the ZebraLight is rated at 840mAh.

They seem to be priced either mid-way between the Trust/Ultrafires (low) and the AW (high), or comparable to the AW.

Does anyone have any stories related to their performance?

I know these brands make the rounds at candlepower forums, they are regarded as good batteries for the flashlights. but i do not know if the same would be said for a vaporizer. i have heard that many of them are rebranded brands we already know.

in my opinion- Seeing how a battery is good for 8 to 12 months, even longer when rotating them, saving a buck or two isnt worth it to me and personally I would feel safer using a brand already well known within the vaping community.
