Are other company parts compatible with my ecig?

I just received my new revolver talon on monday, and i need to order some backup attys, and tank carts. The problem is these items are constantly out of stock. I think they have been out of stock since I was browsing for an e-cig 3 weeks ago. Can I order attys and tank carts from somewhere else to fit my talon battery. How can I find out?
