I used to have all my vape supplies delivered to my house due to difficulties getting out. With the new laws banning USPS from delivering who can I turn to?

If you have a vape shop nearby maybe they would do deliveries??? It just may come to that, local deliveries for a fee.
There are still a number of online sellers shipping at this time and for the foreseeable future. The USPS has not made the vape mail ban offical, yet... and there is an alternative carrier being used too. You will have to pay extra for shipping with adult signature required.
Honestly I don't know it would take a little research

Keep in mind that the USPS shipping ban was postponed but could happened tomorrow for all we know. Some sites are still shipping via USPS, but some have decided to play it safe and are no longer selling online at all - just doing brick and mortar sales. It's a tough situation.
