Are there any horror stories out there?

Ive ordered with HC before and received my order far sooner than i expected, well packaged and totally professonally respectable. Im just curious if anyone out there has had any bad experiences with specific items or occasions, since I just placed my 2nd order through them and am probably am going to become a regular. I do wish theyd be a little more responsive to emails though.

I have somewhere between 10-20 orders large and small with them, never a problem. During Chinese new year, some packages will be delayed. Otherwise, no problems. Sometimes they will get behind on emails or their response will get caught in someone's spam filter. Regardless, if you don't get a response write them again or post your question here.

I just gave you 10-20 problem free orders to the states but what you want are reasons not to order. Good luck, in another forum perhaps.

I wish there were venders in the US with Health Cabins prices. Oh well folks got to make a living. I have a few favorite venders in the US for when I need ejuice or replacement parts fast. When I ordered from HC, I used the slow/cheap shipping so I'm not in any hurry to get it. I saw a review of someone in the UK who placed their first order from them and everything was packaged very well. Looking forward to recieving my goodies.

i ordered a limited amount of items from Health cabin a few months ago and everything went very well. i have since ordered loads of items and placed loads of orders and i can say with confidence that Health Cabin are first class.

they have excellent customer service and great products. Health Cabin are the ultimate one stop shop for me.
i am in the uk and so i do have to wait on postal times but it is always worth that wait for the savings i make.

i could shop local but for cost, service and choice, i will support Health Cabin for as long as they continue.

i should just add a disclaimer as i dont have any connection with Health Cabin other than i am a customer and feel valued as so.

I just received my order today that I placed on the 5th of May. I chose the low/slow shipping cause I'm basically a cheap skate LOL. So it took 14 days from the time I placed it to get to me. I think that's super great. All the way from China for less than $6.00. Also my shipment was packaged very well. I got some great things at some great (sale) prices! Woo hoo, kudos to Amy and HC.

To OP, I think prolly the only "horror stories" you will hear about are shipping delays (which have nothing to do with the sender) or customes delays (which again has nothing to do with the sender). This was my first order with HC and I will def be ordering again.

i am glad that you got your first order via china airmail within 14 days. normally it takes 14-25 days to reach there via china airmail. the delivery time may vary because of season. when holiday season comes, airmail is getting slower. we recommend EMS. EMS is much steady and faster.

btw, holiday season is mainly from Oct to Jan.

just recieved my second order today from HC. First one took 10 days to australia via air mail. Second order I thought stuff it and paid extra $10 for EMS delivery and it got here in 5 days. The juices are so cheap that i can justify the extra dollars for quicker shipping. BTW menthol flavour is awesome. A+A+A+A+

I have ordered from HC three times now, the first order took about 15 days to arrive, but the 2nd and 3rd were here so fast, I was shocked. I expected a long delay, as I've ordered many things from China thru ebay, but I was pleasantly surprised that the orders arrived so quickly. They've never made a mistake, and they have fantastic prices and really good sales! I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't mind waiting a while.

PS. I wish they would carry more products! Like boge 801 and 302 cartomizers! (hint hint)
