I tried vaporbreak dot com, a China based company, and sadly it was and remains a negative experience. I do NOT recommend them as they totally messed up my order - place on 10-2-12 and paid via paypal. I expected a long wait, and it did take quite a few weeks, and the tracking site and info was incomplete, irretrievable or erroneous, as I tried to keep watch over my orders progress. The tracking info is a mess, very inaccurate. I realize that issue is not their fault, but it is part of what you will experience if you order from them to be shipped to USA, as this is the system they chose to use. Once finally received, I found 1/4 of my order was botched in one way or another. What I did receive that was correct was also bottom of the line quality. I received wrong items of juice- incorrect nic levels , missing items - ordered 2/ 510 batteries but only received one, items not as pictured - the site showed a black case and no option to pick any colors but item received was brown, missing parts to items- atomizer cart had no filler in it, all in all a totally negative experience. I have been attempting to contact them since mid October 2012, and they refuse to answer any emails, and I have sent many, also the onsite chat conveniently "glitches" and connection broken as soon as I type in that I have a complaint re: my order (funny how it worked fine to say hello and start the introductions on both ends), and on site sent email is also never answered. The tracking info is a mess, very inaccurate. AVOID this company, the cheap prices are not worth the aggravation and lack of any customer responsibility is assured that you will have no recourse for their shoddy business practice. I have been very patient, and given ample time for a response from this company. Order at a risk, there is NO evident customer service or responsibility. I would welcome a response from this company but feel that is a futile wish, and I am also posting to warn and inform others of my bad and dissatisfied experience.
