Are there any mods out there that will raise a dcc/tank past 3.7 volts besides the new Provari?

Please let me know, i'd like to buy one. I have had an issue on provari's website form, and for some reason it wont accept my card. so i cant buy a provari v2 or mini, unless someones selling one here. which so far there has only been one, and that deal did not work.

I really love the dcc/tank system , but the voltage is just too low for my likes. If someone could recommend another mod, i'm all EARS.

UPDATE: nevermind, got the card to work,and and ordered the provari mini.

Sure, a simple Mad Vapes VV box mod will do that. Both the IPro and the BuzzPro will.

Not sure on voltage...but The Kick will boost the power in most non-VV mods. I have a one in my Megalodon using DCCs right now set to 8.5 watts

Texas instruments ptn04050c boost chip based mods will and are a lot more efficient than the mad vapes vv kit. I've built both and the mad vapes mod uses two batts and regulates the voltage down while the 050c uses one batt and boosts the voltage to the desired output. While the mad vapes kit runs through two or three sets of batts a day for me the 050c only uses one batt every other day. Not only that but Texas instruments will ship the boost chip for free with their sample program so the cost to build is about the same as the mad vapes kit
