Are there any vaping people out there who never smoked cigarettes?

I never smoked so it's not an issue of quitting. I do a lot of research when I'm technically intrigued
and since I turned my loverboy into a vaper instead of a smoker, he's acquiring more and more stuff.

I tend to be in charge of getting him flavors since he always forget until suddenly "OMIGOD! I'm
OUT OF juice!!!!! WHAT AM I GOING TO DOOOOOOOO?!?!?"

So sometimes as a special treat I order a few that were highly recommended on here, and parcel
them out slowly when he's been extra nice to me.

I'm also very proud of myself that he never would have chosen Backwood Brew's Malty Toffee,
his all day vape, had I not chosen it with the help of a lot of people here.

Anyway, I bought some 0nic this time around along with his surprise package because I want
to try it.

The flavors sound really delicious, and even if I don't like them, I'll just give them away (he hates
lemon flavor and two of the ones I picked were lemonnog and lemon basil mint sorbet from Juicy Vapor)
or have him get some nic juice to add.

So are there vapers out there who never smoked but were just drawn to this by all the cool juices
and the fun sides of the hobby?

And for those who have quit and made it down to 0nic, how does the character of the vapor change
in terms of taste, throat hit, etcetera with zero nicotine?

One last question, and this is addressed to anyone, when you vape food flavored eliquid--say
french toast, or pizza, or cupcakes as examples, do you find that it curbs the desire for those
foods, or does it spark the desire for those foods?

Hi there! I can only answer one of these questions. I can't say my girlfriend NEVER smoked, but she never smoked regularly - just one per day, tops. Usually not even that. She loves vaping though, and uses zero nic liquid to do it. She likes to mix her premade flavors, too, so I'm planning to get some DIY stuff for her birthday...
Shhh... Don't tell... :)

There are quite a few on here that vape just for the sake of vaping and use 0 nic. As for a TH, nic is the main ingredient that provides the TH so yes, there is a difference but please don't use nic since you weren't a smoker. No sense in contaminating your body with the stuff we do. As for a flavor difference, I can't tell any. I DIY most of my stuff these days and always test it without nic to see if it's something I may/may not like.

I fit that category. Picked up a smokeless image volt last week and have been loving it ever since. For just how much of a nonsmoker I am i'll tell you my experience so far. I got the 65mm battery (the smaller one) and have since only had to charge it once. Im also still on my first cart that came with my sample pack.

I went with 12mg of nicotine but I could stand to up it. I have a 16mg bottle coming and i'm going to try 18 or 24 in the future. The appeal to me is the hobby. i think i'll enjoy interchanging parts, upgrading my kit and trying juices. I already plan to buy a pack of phoenix carts and go from there.

That would be me. I grew up in a house with heavy smokers and instead of following the habit it turned me against cigarettes. Why have I started vaping? Several reasons. I learned about it from my best friend who just put away her cigs and started vaping. I was intrigued by the gadgetry (total geek here) and loved all the options. Part of it was also to support her and something we could share. Also, my Mom died six years ago from lung cancer. I would like to promote vaping and if even one person shows interest and decides to make the change it is so very worth it. I only use 0 nic, of course, and I find I enjoy it. Finally, I also find I snack less which is a big plus for me.
