These days I find it necessary to ask specifically what is meant by a ce2 or whatever, as the term seems to be thrown around rather loosely depending upon the vendor and customer. Are you speaking about a clearomizer or a vivi nova type tank?
I stopped using clearomizers a few months ago when a freshly filled new clearomizer was filled with a strawberry-lemonade flavor and literally melted in my hands within minutes. I've read that the more recent versions have a new "juice resistant" plastic tube, but from all appearances the tube is still clear like the suspect polycarbonate plastic used before.
In reality, the only materials safe for the caustic flavors are pyrex, polypropylene plastic (frosted in appearance), and stainless steel. I know of no clearomizers that are made completely from these materieals. The Smoktech Titan / Screw tanks use a polypropylene tube, however the mouthpiece in the top endcap is still made of plastic. I can't speak for the Vivi Nova v3 tanks, as I don't own one.
Safest bet, I would say, would be to get a pyrex tank with stainless steel endcaps from IBTanked. If you prefer ce2 cartos, the vendor sells those on the website, too. (I would avoid the acrylic endcaps; being a plastic material they could be susceptible to cinnamon.)
