I love the big ego cart, It's awesome on the big batt, but a little too big for my small batt, are there similar but smaller carts out there?

There is the eGo cartomizer (the one you are talking about)
and then there is 510 cartomizers.
They are smaller, but hold less liquid.
Maybe other can chime in on what they prefer.
I like the 510 cartomizers (currently out of stock, but could send one or two your way)
and they are great. I actually dont personally use the eGo cartomizer, but tend to like the GP510 cartomizer.
We also have the True Joye 510 cartomizer coming in a few days (along with more GP510 cartomizers), but not sure on their performance
(I am sure there is already alot of info on them here)

Are they any different from kr808d-1 carts?
I like the ego carts because its easy to hold in with my teeth and it matches really good.. just wish there were little smaller

Physically speaking, the only difference from KR808 cartos is the soft (easily removable) mouthpiece.
Other than that, they are same size, design and look.

I really enjoy the "low res" cartomizers for the eGo/Riva. It really makes it feel like a 5 volt device to me.
Hope GP gets some cartos with 2.0 ohm to 2.5 ohms soon.
BTW, I'm not talking about the huge new 2ml cartos....just the regular cartomizers that are low res.

I'm looking through my collection here, and there really isn't much difference in size across the board. To make a smaller cart would kind of defeat the purpose of using carts vs attys. You COULD use the soft tip off a cart, and put that on an atty. That would make the shortest top end, but you would have to be careful because the atty would get hot.
Right now i am testing the new Joye 510 cartomizers......
