Everyone has their preferences.
The tank works great for me, but I'm using unflavored -- I'm just in it for the nic.
To me, the cartos produced unpleasantly hot vapor, but they might give you the flavor hit you're looking for.
But I certainly wouldn't toss out the tank system based on first experience.
New attys have the manufacturing residues that distort the flavors, so you have to clean that out before you can judge. And the tank attys are very sensitive to wick adjustment, so you have to fiddle a bit to get them working the way you want them.
A lot of people jump ship before they reach that point.
It took me a couple of weeks (and re-wicking one of the attys) before I got to the point that I got the vapor I wanted without leaks out of my eGo-T.
But now I can take about 30 sec to fill the tank, swap batteries, and be good for the whole day.
Easy peasy.
Some people fine the cartos easy, but some require messing with a syringe, and I don't have the patience to be dripping juice into the batting. I just pour the stuff into the tank and I'm done.
But it is a cool vape, so it may not be your cup of tea (or cinnamon or whatever flavor you favor).
