You can get VG at most drug stores and some basic flavorings. Check the DIY section for the flavorings that will work from the grocery, or craft store.

I'm lucky enough to have 2 close to me, 1 about 6 blocks away from where I live and the other only a couple miles from where I work and go to school. I still order liquid online as well, but now that the one close to where I live is about to start carrying pink spot I may not have to order online anymore!
There's always the last resort trip to a smoke shop to pick up some overpriced juices in a pinch when that order you placed wont be here for another day or two. I hate that trip.
That site is a good start but it's incomplete...I know of five stores that sell e-liquid within 90 miles of me, and one vaping cafe/store that's due to open by the end of summer. Two are smoke shops that sell nasty, expensive juice mind you but the other three aren't (one is Mr E-Liquid's store; a vendor here on ECF.)
I bet there are more...smoke shops that sell e-cigs often sell juice and it's not always bad. I recently found a smoke shop nearby that re-sells Vapure juice (another ECF registered supplier.)
that's why there's an "Add a store" function. it seems to be entirely user updated so that's why it's not 100% up to date.
help some people out and put those stores up.
