I can also recommend RTDVapor.com and Ilumn.com for authentic batteries. And yes, Sony is still making the cells. May I ask for what use you intend the VTC5s? I would probably recommend VTC4s for high current applications, and Samsung 25Rs for 20 amp work over the VTC5s as a better combination of cost and utility.

I was planning on getting some for my wife's Sigelei 75W TC but more so for a couple new sets for their 150W TC. She likes the two cells for better battery life.

I should add that she'll be using .15 Ni200 coils at, I'm guessing, 40-50 watts. Maybe a bit less though.
Fair deal. The VTC5s should work in either. However, I'd suggest you have a look at @Mooch 's battery selection chart. He does actual bench tests on these cells and I, for one, believe him and his results. I will further say, if it were I who was doing it, I'd probably select Samsung 25Rs for the 75 watt machine and Sony VTC4s for the 150 watt one. Actually, I run VTC4s in everything pretty much, because I like the thicker safety margin and I don't mind the slightly lower capacity. Just a thought; nothing wrong with the VTC5s, they're solid batteries and those are regulated mods. Finally, for TC, I find 40 watts to be more than enough for anything not involving massive and complex coil builds. The wattage really does nothing but shorten the ramp-up time for the coil to produce vapor. Once temp is reached, the machine will adjust wattage (below the upper limit you set) to maintain it. If you want to use Super Duper Fused Clapton Twist coils with 20 gauge wire, you might need more wattage, or if you're occasionally gonna want to do a bit of could chasing with a Kanthal build, then go for the Siggie 150. But my personal experience is it's not necessary. I have a Snow Wolf 200 watt machine; and it's never been above 100 watts, only that just for a test, and I mostly run it at 40 or below with both Ni and Kanthal.

I just look DFW Vapors up and they're close to where I live. We usually order everything online but we'll swing in and take a look. Thanks suprtrkr!
I thought they were well stocked, and had nice people. Might depend on which store, too. It'll be cheaper online, but a good store close by is a handy dandy thing to have some days ;-)

I like Wickedly Hot Vapors. Prices are a lil high, but house juices aren't bad and they have some local "premium juices" that are excellent. Moose Juice is awesome. Stores in Richardson and Plano. JK Vapes in Carrollton. Artisan in Addisson. Skyline is right across the street from them, but it's owned by the folks that make Suicide Bunny. Those are just the shops I pass on my way home from work. Lol!

I'm over in the Grapevine area.
I don't get over that way very often. Don't know any shops on that side of town. I'm in Garland, but work in Carrollton. All those shops I listed are on Belt Line, except JK. Its by the Wally Werld at the Bush and Old Denton Rd. That's not too far from you if you just come around the Bush. I haven't been in there in a while, but I hear they have a new guy mixing their house juices. I tried a couple that a friend had and they are pretty good.
