Are these batteries good for Reos?

Not really. And the reason why is that the 'p' means protected and that usually means a circuit rather than safer chemistry IMR batteries. This would be confirmed by the Maximum Discharge rate, and if it's 3A then you cannot run a coil lower than 1.4Ω. If it's the 1.6A in those specs then it's no use at all.
