Well durn it anyway!! {sorry about the HARSH language}

I was having a bit of trouble with my NEW Volt Twist battery and it evidently it developed a short in the control board. SO I went to the Smokeless Image home page and tried to call the Help Desk. NO ANSWER! Their Web site now shows the following message:

This Site Has Been Disabled

Contact your service provider for more information.

Has anybody heard anything??

Ask them on twitter, I'm sure they're just either updating or had some host problem. They've been in business for a long time and actually have brick and mortars so I doubt they'll just magically stand up and walk away without notice.

OK THEN

I went to the site in Explorer after re-starting the computer and it was still down. BUT I went there on Google Chrome and it was up. HMMMMM!

Sound's more like a browser issue with your computer.

I just checked Smokeless Image's supplier sub-forum and it was business as usual Smokeless Image, I'm certain if the vendor website was down someone would have made a thread about it knowing how active that forum is.

Likely issue was a Server failure/reset
I never went there until this thread was started so No Cached info to interfere. I also stopped using IE many years ago.

OK then! Their site is still missing from my Explorer, I hate Microsoft and Windows. Mainly use Google Chrome anymore.

ANY WAY!!! They are in business and I got 3 e-mails from them. They are sending me a NEW one at no cost AND said I did not have to send them the old one back. Just said to dispose of it or re-cycle it properly. Oh I can do that.

I am glad I heard from them, they do have good products if you like the eGo connections instead of or in addition to the 510 connections.
