To quote Denis Leary:-
I love to smoke. I smoke seven thousand packs a day, ok. And I am never f**king quitting! I don't care how many laws they make. What's the law now? You can only smoke in your apartment, under a blanket, with all the lights out? Is that the rule now, huh?! The cops are outside, "We know you have the cigarettes. Come out of the house with the cigarettes above your head." "You'll never get me copper! I'm never coming out, you hear? I got a cigarette machine right here in my bedroom. Yeah!"

Thought it was funny but now it seems they are taking this approach to vaping :(

I LOVE Denis Leary...have you read his new book? I started it but am not done yet.

Back to point...ebay can be sticklers about things like this. You know what is really funny is you can sell pocket knives on ebay, but you technically can't pay for them with paypal...I know cause I used to run a business that sold them. Check this out on paypals site PayPal Acceptable Use Policy - PayPal they would let me list them and sell them but not accept payment via paypal..and paypal is an EBAY COMPANY NOW! lol

Also here is a list of all the other things google doesn't allow AdWords Help

You can't even advertise rolling papers....

I guess what I'm saying is I wouldn't get too worried about either of these things...I've talked to customer service on both ends and they are dumber than rocks.

Target is selling njoy...tiny steps in the right direction friends!

Ebay is so weird. They really like to hide the "adult" items to, trying to stop this, something they don't even understand. I'm sick of puritans telling adults what we can and can't do! I used Paypal to pay for a Kershaw, why don't they allow the service to be used for knives? They got something against Boy Scouts? Strange world....

Oh yeah, bought nicotine gum off of ebay when I was 17

Note: Ebay likes to ban random things. Like ANY locksmith equipment. It took me forever to find an inexpencive key machine. Heven help if anyone gets their hands on a key machine. They could do some real damage like make a copy. OOOOO scary:rolleyes: Ebay: Oh but you guys selling the bump keys are just fine. those are just 999 depth keys. (Nevermind that they open any lock you can fit them in) If the locksmith community can't win against ebay I doubt we can.:|

MC006 eBay Listing Removed (277696460)

Dear <name removed>,

Thanks for your interest in this listing:

320336810932 - 50 atomizered refills of Mini e-cigarette DSE901-B

Unfortunately, the item is no longer available for purchase. This is disappointing for everyone, but sometimes it's necessary to protect you as a buyer.

There are three main reasons why we remove listings:

-- The listing doesn't follow eBay guidelines.
-- The item isn't allowed on eBay or can only be listed under certain conditions.
-- The listing contains pictures or words in it that may have created copyright or trademark issues.

If the seller is able to fix the problem and relist the item, we hope you'll bid on it again.

We apologize for the inconvenience and have many other great deals on eBay. Just go to <link to ebay removed> to continue your shopping today. We hope to see you soon.

Thank you,

eBay Inc.

I'd like to see one of these listings before it get banned and see what the differences are between it and the ones that are still allowed. Don't suppose anyone took a screenshot?

edit: google actually cached it

hmm, I thought maybe they were taking down listings in health>quit smoking but that one is in wholesale lots>gadgets

It might have something to do with the logo on the box. I wonder if it infringes on supersmoker's trademark and if they filed a complaint.
