Well, us okies are in for a little snow and colder weather in the next few days. My area expects to get 1-4 inches of snow. (I'm in NE) Went out today and picked up some essentials because if the roads get bad i do NOT drive. Watch us get nothing...

Oh well, I will run out today for "just in case" essentials so I don't have to mess with it for a couple of days. While 1 to 4 inches ain't nothing why bother with the chance of being slid into by someone else. I laugh when you said "watch us get nothing" A year ago we were looking at a chance of another ice storm (dang "sky is falling" news folk). Well I fully remembered the fun of the 08 ice storm and went out and bought a big generator. That puppy is still brand spanking new w/ about .1 hours on it. On the upside just a year of vaping will offset the cost of it and if we do go without power for 8 days again it will be worth it's weight in gold since it will charge my batteries!! Now that's a real pass thru, lol.
Oh how I remember that big scare too hehe.... We got absolutely pummled with that one big bad ice storm and thankfully had a generator. The most we were without power was 10 hours but neighbors of ours went for 2 weeks with none. And yes, vaping is surely a plus especially under those conditions. I remember during that bad ice storm I ventured out to drive 2 miles to get smokes and looking back on it now I don't know HOW I made it. I was insane lol

Grr I wasn't looking forward to it because I knew what would happen LOL. 8 hour power outage just ended. I guess its better than the 8 days we suffered through last time!
