If they're asking if you're a smoker, you can say no. If you still use nicotine, and they ask if you use nicotine, then you would say yes. If you vape 0mg, you can say no to both questions. The risk in lying to your insurance company (ie: saying no when they ask if you use nicotine, even if you do) is that -- if they find out you use nicotine -- they can refuse your insurance. Potentially, screwing your children/family out of money if they're trying to redeem a claim.
