August 2011 will be 2 yrs for me- I still log on everyday but spend less time reading. I now have favorite sites on ECF I visit. I quickly scroll down to see if something catches my eye and voila,if there is, I pause to read. I was a dedicated smoker for 35 yrs. Never would I have believed I would give up smoking.

I meant the thrill of "turning", Whis. The end of the first year was exciting, but the end of the second year is just ok.I don't think so Jerry, That is proven because ya'll are still here
i love watching this thead it is so cool to see how many of us are vapers and not smokers! we are hybrids lol!

October will be 2 years for me Have not smoked since! After 20 years of smoking, vaping has changed my life for the better! Well tried a cigarette a few months ago just to remind myself how gross they are and YUK!

The thrill is gone, after the first year.
I dunno - It still blows my skirt up and makes me giggle. On August 15th it will be two years for me without an analog. That's after 42 years of smoking 1 1/2 - 2 PAD. I was a DEDICATED smoker: Suspended from high school for smoking in the girl's room, went back to smoking after quitting for the length of two pregnancies, chronic bronchitis that would level me two or three times a year, standing outside like an outcast during rain, snow, and dark of night. Didn't matter. I loved smoking. The only reason that I tried PV's was out of pure curiosity. I quit smoking by accident, but I never looked back. 'Course, I've always got a PV stuck in my face, and I have a collection of 'em that would make almost any vaper blush. I still stalk the mailman with the excitement of a kid at Christmastime. It would have never happened without this forum and all of the good folks here willing to share their time and experience. Thanks to all of you!!
T'weren't all that difficult since Classwife provided me with a link! Ya know, folks can easily get lost in this place. I don't tend to venture out much from my hidey-holes 'cause I'm afraid I'll get lost. Anyhow, you gals are awfully sweet to guide me over here.
BTW - I look an awful lot like both of your avatars - only I'm not beautiful ... or young ... or built. So, I guess it's just the hats. *sigh*

2yrs 8 month as member, 2yrs 7 months no analogs after more than 40 yrs 2packs a day. I occasionally vape.
