ARO Tank Help!!

I bought a new setup about a week ago. I am using an EGO Winder and ARO tank. My wife said her tank leaked into her battery while she was at work. I went this morning and noticed that my tank had also leaked into my battery. I had gotten a dry hit and noticed my tank was almost empty. When I removed the tank there was liquid in the top of the battery. Does the BCC tanks do this when they get low on liquid or is there another problem that im not seeing? Please help if you have any advice. I have new replacement coils, but the coil I have is firing just fine.

This may sound like a simple solution but take your base off the tank and double check that the coil is screwed in all the way.
