The cost of cigs was not really a deterrent. Even though I smoked the expensive brand, I generally budgeted for cartons and found ways to "save." (Cosco, reservations, on-line...but don't tell. Haha). I could never imagine myself ever wanting to quit smoking. It was the synchronicity of facing a spinal surgery that held a much higher recovery rate for non-smokers than smokers AND the e-cig technology. Not sure I would have made the same choice if I had been given those stats in healing, say 5 years ago....I am one lucky gal I tell you!
And yep, OTD, I believe that smokes were .35 at a local market and .50 in a machine when I started over 40 years ago. I guess I should be called Almost OTD!
