Aromas beyond the English Channel

Hello,
A few days ago, I purchased 20 flavors
from a company in Northern Ireland (UK) that fortunately has a 4.9
rating on Trustpilot.
I won't mention the name because I don't know if I can or if it's ethical to do so on this forum.
The flavors arrived regularly via UPS (UK).
Almost all of the flavors were from TFA, Capella, and Flavor West,
but they arrived (in 10ml and 30ml bottles)
with both the manufacturer's brand name
(TFA, Capella, Flavor West) and the seller's name printed on the label.
In fact, at least as far as the TFA flavors are concerned (11 flavors) ,
I expected to receive them in their classic glass bottles.
At this point, it seems reasonable to have doubts, considering
that the flavors are rebottled by them and, among other things, the ones I received
do not indicate the dilution percentage or the recommended steeping time
.
How can I know if they have run out of TFA absinthe and still have Flavor West absinthe in stock
and are using that for TFA as well?
In the end, the seller's good name would be at stake.
In Italy, with the current law that requires the sealing of vaping flavors, it is not possible to do so,
and while on the one hand you are more protected, on the other hand paying 8 euros for a 10ml flavor with a 20% dilution
is really too much.
The flavors I bought will steep for another two days
(seven days for most of them) and then I can try vaping them.
Have you ever bought this type of product
that lists both the name of the manufacturer and the name of the company that sells it?
Have you ever noticed any differences between the original flavors and the rebottled ones?
Can you recommend (even privately) any websites where you have purchased in the past
and have personally verified that they really use the original flavors,
even if they also include their company name?
I apologize for my poor English.
Thank you.

NomNomz is a very trusted rebottler, with no issues for me. After many years I'll continue buying from them.

If you're worried about authenticity, buy direct from the manufacturer and quadruple your costs.

Yes, I have bought flavourart from Italy, Inawera from Poland, etc. and it's exactly the same as the much cheaper nomnomz version.

I've bought flavorings from places that rebottle. My guess is they make a profit by buying from the maker in large quantities, gallons or whatever, and selling in the small bottles that vapers are likely to prefer. If that's the case then relabeling is something they would have to do. Nothing wrong with that.

You mentioned that your bottles didn't show steep time or dilution percentage. Are those things you previously saw on bottles you bought elsewhere? Don't think I ever saw steep time on a bottle, and I'm not sure what you mean by dilution percentage. Do you suspect the seller is buying flavors from the maker and diluting them with PG before selling them to you?

The only time I bought directly from a manufacturer was when my normal sellers stopped selling a TFA flavor I liked. TFA only sold it in 2 ounce bottles and it was expensive.

Honestly, what you described sounds pretty normal for the industry. Unless you find something wrong with flavorings, like weak taste from dilution, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

I am pleased and reassured to hear
that the retailer is very reputable and that you have already purchased products from them in the past.
My doubts also stem from the fact that I vaped for 8-9 years from 2012 until the Covid-19 pandemic, only to then foolishly return to smoking shredded tobacco.
Until then, I used to buy 1 liter of 50%50 at 18mg/ml
of nicotine and 1 liter at 0 and mix it to vape at 9mg/ml of nicotine.
When I returned to vaping five months ago (finally and hopefully for good),
I found that everything had changed here in Italy, not only the laws, but also the way of vaping, with the habit of regenerating almost completely abandoned by most people. I also found the forums empty of people and changed, everyone afraid of losing their website and therefore perhaps their life's work.
I was asked to avoid talking about unlabeled flavors and
not to mention the foreign websites that sold them (even though they were not committing any illegal acts).
At first, I felt angry and a little confused, but when I realized they were right, it was even worse.
There are some Italian vaping channels on YouTube that are at risk of closing and have already received a second warning.
When someone has to reread before publishing... it's time to leave.
Getting back to the topic of flavors, well, if Nom Nomz has a rating of 4.9
on Trustpilot...it's definitely a reliable retailer.
I can't wait to vape the liquids in steeping.

    P.S.
At a later date, I will also ask for your opinion on certain aspects
regarding nicotine, a topic that is now taboo here in Italy!!

Unfortunately, I am currently at my beach house and therefore do not have any old bottles
of flavorings (including the original 15ml glass bottles from TPA)
to check whether the dilution and steeping data are listed.

    By dilution percentage, I mean
the percentage of flavoring relative to the total liquid.
For example, for TFA absinthe on some items
(such as the one I am linking to), the recommendation is:
    Absinthe Flavor Concentrate 5%-10%
Although others recommend 0.5% to 2% when mixed,
    and 4% when used alone

Moved the thread to a more appropriate forum. Carry on.
I would like to take advantage of the presence of a moderator to clear up a doubt I have
about a question concerning possible topics and how to deal with them on this forum.
Can I mention the names of websites where I have made purchases
or where I have found articles of interest on vaping?
Can I talk freely about purchases and related prices for nicotine products
    or nicotine itself?
    For example...

...I saw that the XXYYZZ website sells 10ml boosters of nicotine
at 20mg/ml of their own brand (XXYYZZ) for €0.99,
but they also sell 10ml of nicotine at 20mg/ml of the DDSSKK brand
for €1.99 and 10ml of nicotine at 18mg/ml of the GGMMHH brand for €2.99........
In this case, I could unintentionally be giving “free advertising”
to the website in question, and perhaps it would be better to avoid this.

..... I wanted to buy the Vaporesso Luxe XR Max 2 box Mod,
and the best site where I found it was Amaz....... at xx.xx€
while on all the other sites, prices for the same box Mod started at yy.yy€

Better to ask first than make a mistake.
    Thank you for your patience.

OK, understood. My fault, I wasn't paying attention.

    cheers

You most certainly can. You can read the forum rules here: Forum Rules
