As I mentioned in another thread, my PT stopped working. It was only 11 days old so I called customer service. I was also missing a package of blank cart from my last order so I asked them to send those too. I'm in withdrawal without my PT but they were gonna send me a new one. YAY!!! I've been waiting by the mailbox...mail lady may think I'm stalking her...My package came today!! Yipee..I ripped it open and then my shoulders fell. They sent a usb charger!! NO PT!!!

I rushed to the phone and called. They're closed til Monday!!! waaaaaa!! On a good note, my missing blank carts were in there!

I have the 2 auto batteries that came with my starter kit but they really don't last long enough to keep me going all day. Guess it's back to the analogs until I get a new PT.

I actually like the manual xL's much much better than any of the PT's. I have three in rotation constantly. One charging on the wall, one charging with the usb charger on the computer and one i'm vaping. I only use the PT if I've mismanaged my charging rotation. I am a much happier vaper because of this. Just soemthing you may want to try...

Yep! We Texas vapers have to stick together...good to see that there are more of around than I had thought!

Sorry.I had to go feed hubby and picky teen. They don't realize that I'm in the middle of a trauma here!! Thank you all for the concern and tips and suggestions. I've tried all the suggestions to get it to work but nope..not gonna happen. It was always a bit fussy and worked sometimes and didn't sometimes. Think it probably had a lose wire that gave up the ghost.

Wolf has graciously offered me the use of one of his PTs until I can get another one. So very kind of him and kind of all of you!! Thank you so much!

Well, we can't make vaping work, if we aren't willing to help each other out when one of us are in need, right? I've been on the 'net for quite a while now and I have to say that no matter where they are the ECF is one of the best online communities I have ever found. Sure, like anywhere else you will find a bad seed every once in a while, but for the most part they are few and far between here!

It's never a bad idea. I have 3 backup pt's in storage just in case. I order more stuff than I need quite often.

You are correct, one should always be prepared for the most unexpected events, however....Since my starter kit was less than 2 weeks old, and considering all the glowing reports I've read of the V4L customer service, it honestly never entered my mind that I would already need spares. You can bet your sweet .... that I have backups ordered now!!

If you don't want a extra PT for a back up, get a XL, they last all day and they hit just as strong as the PT! So then if your PT does go out again you will have a XL to go to, also whenever you go out and about you will have a XL to make you feel like your still at home vaping !
