Hello all,

Thought I would share a little tip based upon something I learned today, and since there are so many people waiting like giddy christmas kids for their goodies:

If you run your USPS Delivery Confirmation number, and it shows that your package arrived in your town, and the status is "Arrival At Unit", this does not mean they delivered it. It means it arrived at your local sorting facility. So you shouldn't call up USPS and scream into the phone for ten minutes, and nearly give someone a heart attack. You should patiently suck on your 510 or your 901 or what have you for another 24 hours.

Hope This Helps

It means you should just go pick it up yourself. Mine said arrived at unit at 5AM this morning. IMO if it arrived that early it should have went out on the damn truck today. But NOOOO I am going to have to go pick it up myself. Either that or it was to big to fit into my small mail box at my condo.

I see you are near DC so you must be near me here in Germantown.

Mine fit into my little mail box at my apt, so i would think that you would be fine.

Yeah sometimes they don't check the oversized envelope bin for every house. I guess it depends on if they are in a good mood or not.

Hopefully it shows up tomorrow. It is nothing really pressing ATM. 2 60ml bottles of true menthol and 4 901 atty's.

Ahhh I see you are in fairfax. Another fairly local person!

Ya'll are just making me homesick. I lived in the DC/NOVA/MD area for the first 13 years of my marriage (Hubby is from Dale City) and have now been living in the middle of nowhere Southern Va for 4 years (where I went to high school). Closest McDonald's is 20 miles away and closest 7-11 is 50 miles away. I MISS SLURPEES!!!!

They will get it to you. Patients is a virtue and good things come to those who wait. This coming from a New Pass Thru owner... lol.... I was waiting at the mailbox cause I was listening for the sound of the mail truck. I could hear it a mile away this morning. lol.. Usually, if they bring it back to the post office for some reason, you can call and they will hold it for you to pick up in the morning. If you don't call then they will just try to deliver it again tomorrow. That has been my experience at least.
