First, hoping you feel better soon.

You've been around for quite a while and have a great reputation here. I think there might be a lot of members who would be happy to help handle this for you. Find somebody you trust and concentrate on your health. It wouldn't involve any tricky logistics as the payment could go directly to you - assuming you're able to ship as needed with it being made clear to the buyers that there might be a day or two delay.

Assuming that doesn't break any rules so Classwife doesn't rap my knuckles with her virtual ruler.
