Great question. Apparently the minikin reborn can...
I have just checked the instructional and it doesn't mention burst mode. It lists Power Mode, Temp Mode, Curve Mode, TCR Mode & TFR Mode

Curve Mode

Mods that have a curve mode can be used as a boost mode. I do this with Aegis Solo and Max mods. You configure the curve to start at a higher wattage than what your constant wattage is, then taper down to your preferred constant wattage.
